The plans cover targeting of Iran's nuclear facilities and critical energy infrastructure.
Two of the outlets state the planning contemplates use of the GBU-43/B MOAB, the largest non-nuclear bomb in the United States arsenal.
All cited reports were filed 15 October 2026.
