The Subsecretariat of Migration under Ecuador's Ministry of Interior executed the deportation of nine foreign citizens as part of routine migration controls. ^[1] The Ecuadorian Ministry of Interior reported that four foreign nationals were deported after migration controls identified violations of current migration regulations. ^[2] The Ecuadorian legislature is advancing a bill titled the 'Project of Law for the Strengthening of Road Safety' to modify traffic control regulations. ^[3] At the start of the 2026/27 school year in Serbia, the Agency for Traffic Safety (Agencija za bezbednost saobraćaja) appealed to drivers to drastically reduce speed and increase attention, saying children cannot always correctly judge vehicle speed and distance and may suddenly step onto the road. ^[4] In school zones in Serbia, drivers must obey speed limits of 30 km/h in built-up areas and 50 km/h outside built-up areas, between 7:00 and 21:00, unless traffic signs specify otherwise. ^[5] The Ministry of Interior stated via social media that seven of the deportees were removed for representing a threat or risk to public security. ^[6] On August 11, 2026, the Hanoi Department of Internal Affairs requested professional guidance from the Ministry of Interior regarding the assignment of civil servant ranks based on job positions. ^[7] The Ministry of Interior stated that Decree No. 361/2025/NĐ-CP mandates that 100% of leadership positions in specialized agencies at the provincial level must be assigned the rank of senior specialist or equivalent. ^[8] In the 2026/27 academic year in Serbia, 770,000 students will attend classes, including 530,000 primary school pupils and 240,000 secondary school students. ^[9] The Ministry of Interior of Serbia said it would conduct enhanced traffic control measures in school zones during the new school year. ^[10]
